I’ve spent most of my working life somewhere in the overlap between business and technology. I started a company in 2010, sold it in 2018, and have since held leadership roles at companies anywhere from about 10 to 300-some people. Along the way I wrote a book about small business IT. These days I’m building another company, and I write here about the unexciting work that keeps things running on an ordinary Tuesday.
